2. After the company is established, it shall operate production according to law and shall not operate illegally. If the employer violates the law, the employees can complain to the relevant institutions or announce it to the media. If the company infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of employees, employees can file a lawsuit to protect their rights according to law. If the violations exposed by employees are true, the corresponding legal responsibilities shall be investigated according to the specific violations of the company.
If the company does commit illegal acts, it is legal and encouraged by law for employees to expose illegal acts through the media.
To sum up, employees who expose the company's illegal behavior to the media should bear the burden of proof. If the employee can't prove it after investigation or the company doesn't have any illegal acts, the employee will be punished accordingly if he is suspected of libel and infringes on the company's reputation.

Article 1024:
The civil subject enjoys the right of reputation. No organization or individual may infringe upon the reputation right of others by insulting or slandering.
Reputation is a social evaluation of the moral character, reputation, talent and credit of civil subjects.
Article 1025:
If an actor conducts news reports and public opinion supervision for the public interest and affects the reputation of others, he shall not bear civil liability, except in one of the following circumstances:
(1) fabricating or distorting facts;
(2) Failing to fulfill the obligation of reasonable verification of the seriously inaccurate contents provided by others;
(3) Use insulting words to belittle the reputation of others.
