Loan service outsourcing is a kind of service outsourcing of commercial banks. According to the definition of "service outsourcing of commercial banks" in Article 3 of the Guidelines for Risk Management of Business Outsourcing of Commercial Banks issued by CBRC, business outsourcing refers to the business behavior that commercial banks entrust some services that should be handled by themselves to service providers. Service providers include: independent third parties, subsidiaries, affiliated companies or affiliated institutions established by commercial banks or their affiliated groups in or outside China. Therefore, bank outsourcing, including loan outsourcing, has been recognized and supported by the CBRC at the regulatory level.
