1, reputation of construction enterprises

2. Technical conditions
(1) The technical director of the construction enterprise has more than 8 years of experience in intelligent building engineering, presided over the completion of at least 2 intelligent building engineering (design or construction or integration of design and construction) projects with a single contract amount of not less than100000 yuan, and has the qualification of registered electrical engineer or the title of senior engineer;
(2) The construction unit shall have at least 20 professional and technical personnel engaged in intelligent building engineering with intermediate or above engineering titles. Among them, there shall be no less than 2 professionals in automation, communication information and computer respectively, no less than 2 registered electrical engineers and no less than 2 first-class registered construction engineers (first-class project managers);
(3) Professional technicians of construction enterprises have completed at least two intelligent building projects (design or construction or integration of design and construction).

(1) Having necessary technical equipment and a fixed workplace;
