In accordance with the basic principles of moderate advancement, sound functions and standardization, each building is equipped with one station, six rooms, three public columns, one station and even a private service station. The six rooms are the office of the two committees, the activity room of party member (the terminal site of modern distance education), the people's mediation room, the library and culture room, the archives room and the police room. The three public columns are party affairs, village (group) affairs and finance.

Open column refers to the work, matters, tasks and results of a department or unit in a fixed column, subject to supervision by the masses. This column is called an open column.
