When the card is returned, the balance in the card will be fully refunded, and the deposit and maintenance fee will be refunded after settlement. (If the service period does not exceed 20 months, the balance will be settled and refunded by 20 minus the actual months of use; If it has been used for 20 months, the card deposit will not be refunded. )
7. Custody: The cardholder shall properly keep the Taicang public transport card, keep it flat and clean, and avoid scratching, bending, bending, bumping and soaking, and avoid high temperature and strong magnetic field.
