Accelerating energy transformation and vigorously developing new energy sources have risen to the national strategic level. However, due to the rapid development of new energy, the power grid is facing greater pressure of grid connection and peak-shaving and consumption. In some areas, problems such as imperfect operation and management of new energy construction, unclear development results and undiscovered data value are prominent, which restrict the rapid development of new energy industry. Therefore, it is urgent to establish a comprehensive, scientific and accurate new energy management, monitoring, analysis and service platform, realize the innovation of new energy service mode and management mode, build a long-term mechanism to serve the development of new energy, and promote the high-quality development of new energy.
Since the construction of State Grid New Energy Cloud Technology Co., Ltd. started in June, 20 18, experts from inside and outside the State Grid Corporation have been transferred, the project organization has been improved, and the division of responsibilities has been refined. A flexible work team of more than 360 people has been set up, coordination promotion meetings have been held for more than 200 times, and demand research has been conducted for more than 50 times/KLOC-0. By building a full-link, full-coverage new energy data system, establishing a closed-loop management system with horizontal coordination and vertical connection, developing Xiao Na's online calculation and early warning function, optimizing the business environment externally, and completing "resource allocation, environmental bearing, planning, manufacturers and users, power supply enterprises, power grid services, power customers, electricity price subsidies, supply and demand forecasting, energy storage services and consumption" in less than 10 month.
Judging from the demonstration effect of the new energy cloud, the first is to build a new energy service platform, which effectively promotes the quality improvement and efficiency improvement of the industry. The second is to build a new ecosystem of * * * services and effectively serve the high-quality development of new energy. The third is to build a new model of new energy services and accelerate the cultivation of new kinetic energy for new energy development. In the future, we will continue to aim at "serving the national energy security strategy, serving the national energy transformation, serving the scientific development of new energy, serving China's renewable energy law, serving the decision-making of the government and think tanks, and serving the vast number of users", and aiming at "building an international leading new energy digital economy platform with China characteristics", and establishing "horizontal coordination and vertical connection" and "full link, full connection, full coverage, full ecology and full scene". By 2035, the international leading digital economy platform of new energy with China characteristics will be built in an all-round way.
