Dividend rules of listed companies?

The dividend provisions of listed companies are as follows:

1. A listed company must clearly stipulate the dividend policy in its articles of association;

2. Listed companies can pay dividends in cash in the medium term;

3. Only when the profit distributed in cash in the last three years is not less than 30% of the average annual distributable profit in the last three years can dividends be distributed;

4. A listed company needs to draw up a profit distribution plan before paying dividends, and the board of directors shall explain whether to draw up a cash dividend plan;

5. The company shall explain the implementation of the cash dividend policy in the quarterly report.
