Employment situation of graduates from Hengyang Heavy Machinery Vocational and Technical College of Sinosteel

Over the past 55 years, our college has sent more than 40,000 graduates to the society, especially trained a large number of skilled workers and excellent management talents for the host enterprises. Among the existing employees of Sinosteel Hengyang Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd., our graduates account for 75%; Among its front-line workers, our college graduates account for 66%; Among the middle-level leading cadres, graduates from our college account for 60%. Because of this, our institute was listed as a reserve talent base for equipment manufacturing by sinosteel in 2007.
