What does the major asset reorganization of listed companies mean?
Major asset reorganization of listed companies refers to the asset trading behavior of listed companies and companies controlled or controlled by them that buy or sell assets outside their daily business activities or conduct asset trading in other ways to reach a specified proportion, resulting in major changes in the main business, assets and income of listed companies. According to Article 2 of the Measures for the Administration of Major Asset Restructuring of Listed Companies, these Measures are applicable to the asset trading behavior of listed companies and companies controlled or controlled by listed companies that purchase or sell assets outside their daily business activities or conduct asset trading in other ways to reach a specified proportion, resulting in major changes in the main business, assets and income of listed companies.
