A-share listed companies refer to companies registered in China whose shares are publicly traded on Chinese mainland Stock Exchanges such as Shanghai Stock Exchange or Shenzhen Stock Exchange. These companies must abide by the laws and regulations of China and the relevant provisions of the Exchange, and accept the supervision of public investors. With the approval of the securities management department authorized by the State Council or the State Council, the company publicly issues shares on the stock exchange, and allows the shares to be traded freely on the exchange.
