What if the company goes bankrupt and owes money to the bank?

Legal analysis: when the company goes bankrupt, the creditor's rights of the bank belong to bankruptcy creditor's rights and are repaid within the total assets of the company. If there is no bankrupt property to distribute, the debt will be eliminated and there is no need to repay it. If the bank loan has a guarantor, the guarantor needs to repay the debt owed by the company to the bank.
