Recently, chongqing lifan Passenger Car Co., Ltd. filed a recall plan with the State Administration of Market Supervision according to the requirements of the Regulations on the Management of Defective Automobile Product Recall and the Measures for the Implementation of the Regulations on the Management of Defective Automobile Product Recall. It is decided to recall some Lifan 650EV300 pure electric vehicles produced from July 17+February10/day to July 18, 2006+February 3 1 day, counting * *.

Pure electric vehicles within the scope of this recall: 1. In the manufacturing process, there is interference in the distribution of high-voltage wire harness inside the power battery pack, which may lead to wear and short circuit of the insulation layer in the subsequent use process; 2. There is a risk that the connecting screws of the bus bars of the battery pack are loose; 3. The charging temperature threshold of the power battery pack is set too high, and there is a certain safety risk when fast charging is used for a long time. Due to the above reasons, in extreme cases, the power battery pack may have the risk of thermal runaway and fire, and there are potential safety hazards.

1. Improve the fixing method of busbar bolts and increase thread glue to prevent looseness; 2. Check the high-voltage wiring harness in the battery pack, replace the worn wiring harness and adjust the wiring harness layout; 3. Check the battery module and replace the module with quality hidden danger; 4. Upgrade BMS software of battery management system and improve charging strategy; 5. Check the battery pack seal, and repair or replace the hidden battery pack box.
