SASAC occupies a dominant position in the ownership structure of mobile companies, which means that the state actually owns the ownership and management rights of mobile companies. Mobile company is one of the three major telecom operators in China, and its stable operation and development direction need to be consistent with the national strategy, which is deeply influenced by the national industrial policy. As a state-owned enterprise, mobile companies not only pursue business and profits, but also fulfill their social responsibilities and contribute to the country's economic and social development.
