The process of registering a company
Step 1: Prepare the materials needed to register a company.
1, ID cards of all shareholders (if one person runs the company, only the original ID card is required);

Step 3: Write the articles of association.
Download the sample articles of association on the website of the industrial and commercial bureau and modify it into the information of your own company. After that, the Articles of Association shall be signed by all shareholders.
Step 4: Get a business license.
Fill in: application form for establishment registration, register of shareholders, registration form for directors, managers, supervisors, legal representatives and registration form for designated representatives or entrusted agents. Submit it to the industrial and commercial bureau together with the name approval notice, the company's articles of association, the rental contract and the copy of the real estate license. I will wait for the industrial and commercial bureau to handle it, and I will get the original and copy of the business license from the industrial and commercial bureau in three working days.
Step 5: Apply for the official seal.
Go to the Fudun seal engraving point designated by the Public Security Bureau with the copy of the business license and the original ID card of the legal person.
Step 6: Apply for organization code certificate.
Go to Nanning Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision with business license to apply for organization code certificate.
Step 7: Apply for the national tax certificate.
Bring a full set of company documents and apply for local tax certificates at the State Taxation Bureau and the Local Taxation Bureau respectively.
Step 8: The bank opens a bank in basic account.
To open a basic deposit account in any bank, each bank charges different fees.
