R&D products are mainly the series of electronic and electrical switches, comfort system and body system control module, air conditioning control mechanism, instrument control panel, electronic clock and other types of products. There are generally two modes of product R&D: synchronous development with OEM and CKD localization, and the specific operation mode is determined according to customer demand.
The design department mainly uses development software such as UG, CATIA, PROTEL, MPLAB, etc., establishes frontier technology development platforms such as LIN and CAN, and establishes and constantly improves technology development standards, technology management system and DFMEA database. The product design and development department adopts advanced PDM management system and is fully equipped with simulation and verification software such as CAE and CANOE, which can fully guarantee the quality of product design systematically.
The process department has the ability of process planning and process equipment configuration, such as injection molding, stamping, spraying, laser, SMT, automatic assembly, computer online detection and so on. Sample development means are abundant, and various product models, functional samples and other types of samples can be made according to product development needs.
The mold center has the ability to design and develop plastic molds (including two-color injection molds), cold molds, die-casting molds, ceramic molds and rubber molds. Mold processing means are complete, and various mold manufacturing equipment 100 sets, with high mold processing accuracy and short development cycle.
The testing center is established according to the product inspection and testing standards of Volkswagen, Audi and General Motors. The test center has complete inspection and testing means, meets the requirements of all supporting OEMs, and is in a leading position among domestic peers. The main inspection and test equipment was certified by Volkswagen Group and General Motors in 2005 and 2007 respectively. Have the ability to independently complete all routine inspection and test items of automotive electrical and electronic switches, including dimensional accuracy measurement, mechanical test, color brightness test, acoustic noise measurement, electrical performance test, environmental stability test (simulating indoor and outdoor environment), reliability test, material performance test, paint performance test and test, etc.
