There are 7 production lines in Hu Axiang Foundry, with an annual production capacity of 6.5438+0.6 million tons, including Japan's imported 1V negative pressure molding line, Jiangyin's purchased 1V negative pressure molding line, Denmark's Disha Company's imported 2 production lines, and Japan's Yangguang imported 2 production lines and large production lines 1 line. There are 6 processing production lines with an annual processing capacity of 6 million pieces. The products cast in Hu Axiang mainly include: compressors, airborne balance weights, auto parts, pump valve parts, railway parts, etc. Since 2009, the five-year development plan has been implemented, and six casting production lines and two V-normals and 1 resin sand production lines have been added on the existing basis. In five years, the total output of castings reached 350,000 tons, 654.38 billion pieces were processed, and the sales income was 3 billion yuan. Hu Axiang castings are mainly exported, and its main customers are Hyundai, Kia, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Danfoss, Willard, Toshiba, Sanyo, Volvo, Clark, Hao Letian, Sany, Iom, Rihe, Luoyang Yi Tuo and so on.

Since 2002, it has passed the certification of quality, environment and occupational safety and health.
