The storage capacity of cold storage can reach one-time storage capacity 1.35 million tons, and the annual turnover storage capacity is 30,000 tons.
Since the establishment of the company, the industrialization of forestry and fruit industry has been the main business of the company. In recent years, we have invested a lot of money to build a number of forestry and fruit industry industrialization projects. At the same time, we have also invested a lot of manpower and material resources in farmland irrigation, windbreak belts, sand prevention and alkali control of original orchards in various production bases, and carried out effective system transformation. As the above-mentioned projects are long-term projects, the one-time investment is large, the cycle is long and the effect is slow, which has had a certain impact on our company's operating performance in the past two years. In the management of base growers, the company adapts to local conditions and adopts the way of "walking on two legs", that is, growers who have the ability to directly face the market adopt the way of leasing and paying contract fees; For other growers, fruits are handed in and the company buys and sells them, and the company bears market risks.
The company's newly-built orchards have begun to bear fruit, and products have been handed in one after another. In 2003, the influence of freezing injury of Korla fragrant pear has been spreading to this day, and the area of damaged fragrant pear orchard is nearly 3000 mu. In 2004, dates, pears and apricots in Hami were frozen, resulting in total damage to the assets of the base, with an area of 1.300 mu. In 2005, the damage rate of grapes in Hami base reached 60%.
(B) fruit deep processing business
Deep processing of fruits is an important link to increase the added value of agricultural products, adjust the structure of agricultural production, increase farmers' income and improve the level of agricultural industrialization. In the early days of the company's establishment, relevant professional technicians were hired to conduct a large number of full scientific experiments on the production technology of iced apricot wine and fragrant pear wine, and accurate experimental data were mastered, which accumulated experience and provided guarantee for the subsequent industrial production. At the end of 2002, the pilot products of Bingxing wine and Li Xiang wine were put on trial sale in various terminal markets in Xinjiang. Over the past two years, through repeated research and careful organization, the process level has been continuously improved and the product quality has been steadily improved. Especially after the completion of the first phase project of Li Xiang Fruit Medicine Science and Technology Industrial Park with an annual output of 6,000 tons, fruit wine processing has entered into large-scale and specialized production. After more than two years of trial sale, the consumption market prospect of iced apricot wine is promising. In 2004, it was awarded as "Gold Award Product" by the Organizing Committee of Wuqi Fair. In May this year, it was appraised by the expert group of the Science and Technology Department of the autonomous region and won the "New Product Science and Technology Progress Award"; In 2005, the "Wuqi Fair", which closed not long ago, was frequently reported and succeeded one after another, reaching a sales intention of 65.438+0.2 billion yuan with mainland merchants. A few days ago, the "Summer" brand iced apricot wine was also determined by the people's government of the autonomous region as "the only designated wine in anniversary for the 50th anniversary of the autonomous region". In terms of market positioning, we have formulated the differentiated marketing strategy of Bingxing wine according to different target markets. At present, four varieties of 13 series products have been fully put into the Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River Delta markets. The successful development and comprehensive introduction of Bingxing wine to the market have accumulated experience for us, defined the direction, and strengthened our confidence and determination to rely on superior resources, base ourselves on the characteristic fruit industry, face the broad market and broaden the field of deep processing.
(3) Animal husbandry management
Xinjiang Altun Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Altun Animal Husbandry"), the holding company of the company, has made a good start since it was officially put into production on August 28, 2004, with the care and support of the party committees and governments at all levels in the state, city and Jingxian county. A series of special mutton skewers, lamb chops, smoked donkey intestines and other products produced from Bayinbuluke black-headed sheep and Xinjiang meat donkey were put into industrial production that year. At present, it has been listed in some domestic cities. It achieved the expected goal of project establishment, production and market launch in that year. However, we have also encountered some specific difficulties in our development. First, affected by foot-and-mouth disease, the export of deep-processed products is limited, and the established mainland market cannot be supplied, which seriously affects the sales situation; Second, including animal husbandry experts, the problems such as diseases that may be caused by centralized feeding of meat donkeys are underestimated, which leads to unexpected problems after large-scale feeding. At present, we have begun to solve this problem, one is to sign a breeding contract with farmers, and the other is to build some purchasing points in southern Xinjiang to ensure that there are enough raw materials for deep processing.
(4) Real estate project management
In 2002, Li Xiang shares invested 29.83 million yuan to establish Bazhou Li Xiang Real Estate Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Li Xiang Real Estate"). In March of that year, Li Xiang Real Estate won the bid with 42 million yuan through public bidding, and independently developed the commercial street of Xiaokang City. In order to speed up the construction of the new district, participate in urban management and give full play to the role of dominant enterprises, in the same year, Li Xiang Company reached an agreement with the municipal government: Li Xiang Real Estate invested in the construction of two municipal roads, the extension line from Lixiang Road to Xinhua Road and Guo Sheng Road, and the municipal government promised to complete Lixiang Road crossing Peacock River Bridge and connecting Lixiang Road extension line in1June+10/October, 1998. At the same time, the municipal government exempted Li Xiang Real Estate from the land transfer fee of 1700 mu garden around two newly-built roads. Later, on the one hand, because the state adjusted the relevant policies on land transfer, on the other hand, the commitment of the municipal government to build Lixiang Road and Bridge in June of that year has not been fulfilled, resulting in the failure to develop the real estate projects around the newly built two roads as planned. So far, only 443 mu of land in Guosheng Garden has been completed, and Li Xiang Real Estate has planned and built 30 villas and a clubhouse here. In this way, there is no doubt that there is a certain market risk in the large amount of funds invested by Li Xiang real estate in the early stage and the subsequent market development. Moreover, the real estate market in the region itself also has a bubble phenomenon. In order to effectively avoid market risks, Li Xiang shares will eventually transfer all its shares in Li Xiang Real Estate through the resolution of the shareholders' meeting. If the municipal government can fulfill its promise at that time and complete the Li Xiang Road and Bridge as scheduled, Li Xiang will not transfer the equity of Li Xiang Real Estate. Today, due to various reasons, the Lixianglu Bridge has not been completed. The real estate project of Li Xiang Real Estate is still unable to start.
(5) dealing in electronic communication products.
After full argumentation, in March 2005, the board of directors of the company decided to invest and hold Beijing Leiming Tianyu Technology Co., Ltd. ... The company contributed 2.09 million yuan, accounting for 565,438+0.1%of the company's total share capital of 4.09 million yuan.
