(hereinafter referred to as Shentong Group), Shanghai Shentong Dada Asset Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Shentong Dada Company) and defendants Ma Shenke and Shan Kun, and fined Shentong Group and Shentong Dada Company RMB 300 million and RMB 1 respectively. Ma Shenke was sentenced to life imprisonment for the crime of fund-raising fraud, deprived of political rights for life, and fined 20 million yuan; Shan Kun was convicted of fund-raising fraud, sentenced to 12 years in prison, deprived of political rights for two years, and fined RMB 1 million. At the same time, Chen et al. 10 person1/kloc-0 was sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment ranging from one year to three years, deprived of political rights and fined.
