Sichuan Changhong Group
Sichuan Changhong Electronic Holding Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as Changhong Group or Changhong for short) was established in 1958. The company's predecessor, State-owned Changhong Machinery Factory, was one of the key projects during the First Five-Year Plan period 156, and it was the only airborne fire control radar production base in China at that time.
On June 3rd, 20 15, Sichuan Changhong Electric Co., Ltd. announced that the company name of Sichuan Changhong Electronic Group Co., Ltd., the controlling shareholder, was changed to Sichuan Changhong Electronic Holding Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Changhong Holding Company") on June 3rd. Its registered capital and business scope have also been changed accordingly.
