Zhang Bishi1840-1916 (1840 ~1916), whose real name is Zhao Xie, is from dapu county, Guangdong. Founder of Yantai Changyu Wine Company, a famous patriotic overseas Chinese and national industrialist in modern China. His father, Zhang Lanxuan, is a scholar of Qing Daoguang. He teaches as a profession and practices medicine. He has four sons, and Zhang Bishi is the second. When I was a child, I dropped out of school after studying with my father for three years because my family was poor. 1856, he crossed the ocean alone and came to Batavia, the Netherlands (now Jakarta, Indonesia) to be an apprentice in the paper making business. Later, he independently operated liquor stores and was allowed to contract wine tax, pawn tax and opium tax in some areas, and his wealth increased day by day.
Xu Duanyun (1905- 193 1), a native of Zhaominzhuang, Rushan County. When I was young, I followed my business father to Yantai to study. From primary school to middle school, my academic performance has been among the best. 1924 was admitted to Yantai Wen Yi school. Influenced by new culture and new ideas, he eagerly read progressive books and periodicals such as New Youth, Modern Review and Yusi, often commenting on current events, talking about ideas, running wall newspapers, performing programs with progressive students, and exposing social abuses. /kloc-in the autumn of 0/927, he secretly joined the China * * * production party. After the establishment of Yantai Branch in mid-May, 1928, Xu Duanyun served as the propaganda work of the branch. Every time he receives propaganda materials such as the party magazine "Red Flag" transferred from the provincial party committee, he copies, engraves and distributes them all night. /kloc-in the autumn of 0/929, he co-founded the party newspaper Jiaodong Daily with Liu Zhennian's underground party.
Liu Zhennian (1897- 1935), a native of Nangong County, Hebei Province, is a small landowner in rural areas. 19 18 after graduating from Nangong county middle school, he was admitted to the eighth infantry division of Baoding Army Academy. 1922 After graduation, he served as platoon leader and company commander in Danielle, a warlord in Northeast China. 1926, Li was defeated by Feng Yuxiang, and his troops were incorporated into the Coalition forces. Liu is the brigade commander of the 16th Brigade in Chuyupu. Later, he was dismissed for dereliction of duty and took refuge in Zhang Zongchang, Shandong Province. Later, he was appointed as Fang Yongchang Department 12 1 Brigadier. 1928 April, Chiang Kai-shek's second northern expedition, Zhang Zongchang was defeated. Liu Zhennian was ordered by Fang Yongchang to withdraw from Jiaodong in the east. After gaining a foothold, he forced Fang Yongchang, who claimed to be the commander of Jiaodong defense, to change his flag and take refuge in Chiang Kai-shek, and obtained the designation of Commander Liu Ren as the first army of the National Revolutionary Army.
