Smart antenna and adaptive zero adjustment technology

When an 8-element antenna array is used in the McWiLL system, the shaping gain of the smart antenna in the downlink budget can reach 18dB, which improves the coverage of the system. In addition, the system uses zero enhancement technology to generate zero in the interference direction, thus suppressing the interference signal. The interference suppression ability of zero enhancement algorithm in McWiLL system can reach 20~30dB, which is not only used to suppress external interference signals, but also can effectively suppress internal interference signals of the system, greatly improving the signal-to-noise ratio and signal-to-interference ratio of the signals received by the base station.

CS-OFDMA

The CS-OFDMA multiple access technology adopted by McWiLL system combines the advantages of SCDMA and OFDMA, and effectively avoids their disadvantages. It not only inherits the advantages of OFDMA, such as high frequency utilization, flexible channel allocation and easy implementation, but also overcomes the serious intersymbol interference caused by spread spectrum in traditional CDMA system when transmitting broadband data. At the same time, the complex and non-optimal multi-user joint detection method is decomposed into several simple and high-performance single-user detection methods. In addition, because each symbol is extended to multiple frequency points with certain intervals, it can effectively counter the interference of adjacent cells and greatly improve the system's ability to network on the same frequency.
