I am a freshman in Huazhong Agricultural University. Now I want to study accounting after studying business administration, but I don't know much about this major. You can give me general education.

I am a fresh graduate of Huanong, and I am not a Huanong now. As a person who has just stayed in Huanong for four years, I am still qualified to make some comments on my alma mater. It may contain some subjective feelings, but I try to be objective and fair.

First of all, I think it is necessary to change my point of view: agricultural universities must be engaged in agriculture and go to the fields or something. In fact, many non-agricultural majors in Huanong are also good. Take my major in marketing as an example. Enrollment began in 1993, and it was the first batch of universities in China to recruit marketing majors. The teachers and strength are not worse than other universities, and the society and enterprises have a high evaluation of the quality of our professional students. The starting salary of our marketing graduates is generally around 2000, and no one will consider it below 1500. Secondly, don't think that agricultural specialty has no future. As an agricultural university, these majors have a long history, strong strength and rich experience, and are among the best in the country. Take aquatic products as an example, the employment rate and graduates' treatment of aquatic products specialty are higher than our marketing. The same is true of landscape architecture. A graduate majoring in landscape architecture told me that anyone can find a job. (except for girls, because girls are not necessarily suitable for garden work).

Then I'll introduce what I know about the majors in our school that are good for employment: liberal arts include marketing, human resource management, advertising, accounting, international finance and trade, and information. Mechanical manufacturing and automation in the Academy of Engineering, landscape architecture and urban planning in the Institute of Landscape Architecture (don't choose landscape architecture, it's too bad for employment). What about the employment of fisheries majors, science colleges, botany colleges, foreign languages departments and biological sciences colleges in Fisheries College? Because of less contact, the specific situation is not clear. As far as strength is concerned, the best major is of course the Academy of Biological Sciences. However, if it seems difficult to find a job after graduating from the Academy of Biological Sciences, they usually go to graduate school, and agricultural majors rank very high in the country. Although the majors of engineering and liberal arts are not as famous as agricultural sciences, they are no worse than ordinary colleges and universities.

Some students are confused because they didn't choose their major or didn't study hard at school. After graduation, they didn't learn anything, so they called the school bad. This is not good. If you think the school is not good, will you still study here for four years? Why not go to Tsinghua and Peking University? That's the best place. Generally, people who enter agriculture in China are those who have just crossed the line or spent more than ten or twenty minutes. For such a score, coming to Huanong is a good choice.

The style of study, Hua Nong's style of study is obvious to all at Wu Da University, just look at the people who took the self-taught exam. Although some people play games, skip classes and play, it is inevitable in any university, and there are still many people who study.

Accommodation, there are four new apartments and six old apartments, but now freshmen should all live in new apartments. Some college girls may still live in old apartments, but they are a minority. The conditions of the new apartment are the best in Wuhan universities, but the old apartment is much worse.

Environment: The campus environment is better, and the buildings are more distinctive. In the suburbs, it is quieter and the air is good. But unfortunately, this tree in the newly-built apartment has just been built for a long time, and it doesn't feel very good. It used to be Taolin, and it was all dug up. What a pity. After the fourth canteen, there are all big trees. It's nice to walk in.

In life, the food in the canteen is ok and the price is average, but at present, there are many students in the new apartment and there is only one canteen, which may be difficult to eat. I suggest that you can eat in the canteen one, two and three not far away, or you will miss the peak of eating.

I live far from the school gate, but generally there are schools here, and I can go out for one yuan. There are 576, 59 1 576 buses in front of the old school, and there are also several buses in front of Nanhu school, but they seldom go, only those who go to the railway station and Caida. There are supermarkets in Wu Hui and Huishi where you can shop, and there are ATMs in Wu Hui, so it is recommended that freshmen apply for an ABC card. There are small pedestrian streets, vegetable markets and restaurants in front of the school. Consumption is relatively low, and there are many special snacks. Personal recommendation: the rice noodles in Guilin Huofen Store, the fried tofu in front of the market and the whole grain cakes are all good. If you eat it, you usually eat it in the "food is the sky". The boss is nice, and several food stalls in the vegetable market are also frequented. The taste of Sichuan is ok, and the price seems a little more expensive than other places. There are several unlicensed restaurants in the school that don't taste good, but they are more convenient next to the apartment. However, it is said that there is a noodle restaurant behind you when you go to Hui 12, where you can eat Lamian Noodles and rice noodles. It's very partial and hard to find. I found it by accident in my senior year. If you want to go out shopping, you can go to Simenkou (there are many specialty stores at Simenkou, a night market at night, some selling small things, and Hubu Lane. It is a street with special novels. There is also a night market next to Zhongbei Warehouse. There are many places to eat, such as crossing the street, Asia Trade and Hankou Pedestrian Street (crossing the street and Asia Trade mainly sell clothes). Except Hankou Pedestrian Street, you have to take the 576 bus to your destination, and then cross the river by boat. Other places can be reached directly by bus at the school gate.
