Six Prohibitions of China Petroleum Group Company

Legal analysis: The three major oil companies are directly subordinate to the State Council, and generally accept the supervision and management of SASAC and NDRC. Legal basis: provisions on law enforcement and supervision of natural resources

Article 1 These Provisions are formulated in accordance with the Land Administration Law of the People's Republic of China, the Mineral Resources Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other laws and regulations in order to standardize the law enforcement and supervision of natural resources, perform the duties of law enforcement and supervision of natural resources according to law, effectively protect natural resources and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of citizens, legal persons and other organizations.

Article 2 The term "natural resources law enforcement supervision" as mentioned in these Provisions refers to the administrative law enforcement activities in which the competent natural resources departments at or above the county level inspect, stop and investigate the violations of natural resources laws and regulations by citizens, legal persons and other organizations in accordance with the statutory authority and procedures.

Article 3 Law enforcement and supervision of natural resources shall follow the principles of legality, standardization, strictness, fairness and civilization.

Article 4 The competent department of natural resources at or above the county level shall strengthen the application of remote sensing monitoring, video monitoring and other scientific and technological and information means, and define the technical support institutions for law enforcement. The effectiveness of law enforcement supervision can be improved by purchasing social services.

Fifth natural resources departments and their law enforcement officers conscientiously perform their duties of law enforcement and supervision, and have made remarkable achievements in performing official duties according to law, which shall be notified and praised by the superior natural resources departments.

Article 6 Any unit or individual has the right to report illegal acts of natural resources to the competent department of natural resources at or above the county level. The competent department of natural resources that receives the report shall handle it according to law.
