Brief Introduction of Ordos Zhongbei Coal Chemical Co., Ltd.

Ordos Zhongbei Coal Chemical Co., Ltd., also known as Huainan Mining Group Zhongbei Coal Chemical Co., Ltd. (Selian Erjing Coal Mine), belongs to Huainan Mining (Group) Co., Ltd. Huaikuang Western Coal Mine Investment Management Co., Ltd., of which Huaikuang Western Coal Mine Investment Management Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Huainan Mining (Group) Co., Ltd. in Ordos City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, with coal as its main business. It belongs to three joint ventures: Inner Mongolia Yin Hong Energy Development Company (Bojiang Haizi Coal Mine), Ordos Huaxing Energy Co., Ltd. (Tang Jiahui Coal Mine) and Zhongbei Coal Chemical Co., Ltd. (Selian Erjing Coal Mine). The total resources of the three coal mines are 2.5 billion tons, all of which have been included in the national "Eleventh Five-Year Plan", and the National Development and Reform Commission has approved the overall planning of the mining area.
