According to the information released by the Ministry of Environmental Protection, on March 20, the Ministry of Environmental Protection issued the Notice on Not Approving the Environmental Impact Report of the New Project of Ningwu Power Generation with 2× 350,000 kW Low calorific value of China Resources Power Holding Co., Ltd., and made a decision not to approve the environmental impact report of the project.
According to the Ministry of Environmental Protection, the total emission index of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides in this project is planned to be obtained from the desulfurization transformation and emission reduction of new denitration facilities of Huadian Group Xinzhou Guangyu Coal and Electricity Co., Ltd., but the consent document of Huadian Group has not been obtained.
In addition, the daily average concentrations of inhalable particulate matter (PM 10), fine particulate matter (PM2.5) and total suspended particulate matter (TSP) in ningwu county, where the project is located, exceeded the standard in 20 14 years. The forecast shows that the ambient air quality can not meet the requirements of the corresponding functional areas after the construction of this project is superimposed, so the city heating boiler should be replaced and dust prevention measures should be taken in the coal yard.
