What is an enterprise authorization system?
Authorized management system: refers to the system in which the investor of state-owned assets entrusts part of his rights to qualified wholly state-owned enterprises among the funded enterprises. According to the new state-owned assets management system, the state-owned assets supervision and administration institution can authorize its funded enterprises to exercise some investor rights, and clarify the conditions, authorization procedures and related responsibilities of the authorized enterprises. Authorized enterprises are in good operating condition, sound internal management system and basically establish a modern enterprise system. Authorized enterprises to operate, manage and supervise the state-owned assets in their wholly-owned, holding and shareholding enterprises according to law, and bear the corresponding responsibility of maintaining and increasing value.
