Legal basis: Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Company Registration No.666 of the State Council.
Article 64 Where a company is registered by submitting false materials or concealing important facts by other fraudulent means, the company registration authority shall order it to make corrections and impose a fine ranging from 50,000 yuan to 500,000 yuan; If the circumstances are serious, the company registration or business license shall be revoked.
Article 67 If a company fails to start business for more than six months after its establishment without justifiable reasons, or suspends business for more than six months after its opening, the company registration authority may revoke its business license.
Article 68 When the registered items of a company change, if the relevant change registration is not handled in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations, the company registration authority shall order it to register within a time limit; Failing to register within the time limit, a fine ranging from 6,543,800 yuan to 6,543,800 yuan will be imposed. Among them, the change of business scope involves projects that must be approved by laws, administrative regulations or the State Council decisions, and the business license is revoked if the relevant business activities are not approved.
Article 71 Whoever forges, alters, leases, lends or transfers the business license shall be fined by the company registration authority at least 654.38 million yuan but not more than 654.38 million yuan; If the circumstances are serious, the business license shall be revoked.
Article 78 Anyone who engages in serious illegal acts endangering national security and social interests in the name of a company shall have his business license revoked.
