Under what circumstances can the equity be sealed up?

Legal subjectivity:

Equity can be seized. Equity is a kind of property right, which is obtained by civil subjects because of their investment in enterprises, and all kinds of rights enjoyed by enterprises based on shareholder status. When the people's court executes the sealed-up equity, it can make the creditor or the applicant get compensation through equity transfer.

Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on Several Issues Concerning the Execution of Work by People's Courts (for Trial Implementation) Article 52 The people's court may seize the share certificates (shares) held by the person subjected to execution in other joint stock limited companies, and force the person subjected to execution to transfer them in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Company Law, or directly auction or sell them off, or directly compensate the shares to the creditors to pay off the debts of the person subjected to execution.
