The procuratorate also accused that in June 2005, 5438+065438+ 10, Tang Chengqi, then director of the Management Committee of Nanchang Economic and Technological Development Zone, engaged in malpractices for personal gain in the land transfer of Nanchang Fuchang Technology Co., Ltd., violating the national land management regulations and illegally transferring the state-owned land use right at a low price, resulting in a national loss of 74.62 million yuan; During the period from 2003 to 2006, Tang Chengqi, then director of the Management Committee of Nanchang Economic and Technological Development Zone, was seriously irresponsible and did not perform his duties seriously in the process of signing and performing the contract with Zhan Jing Nanchang Technology Co., Ltd., resulting in the loss of state-owned assets of 65.438+49 billion yuan; From 2004 to 2007, Tang Chengqi, then director of the Administrative Committee of Nanchang Economic and Technological Development Zone, illegally changed the use of 500 mu of commercial and residential supporting land, and decided to return the land transfer fee of 60 million yuan for commercial and residential land to Zhan Jing Nanchang Technology Co., Ltd., resulting in a national loss of 60 million yuan.
On this basis, the procuratorial organs believe that Tang Chengqi's behavior has violated the Criminal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), and should be investigated for criminal responsibility for accepting bribes, illegally transferring the right to use state-owned land at low prices, dereliction of duty and abuse of power.
