It is an international trading place for futures market participants approved by China Securities Regulatory Commission and initiated by Shanghai Futures Exchange. According to the Company Law, the Regulations on the Administration of Futures Trading, the China Securities Regulatory Commission and other relevant laws and regulations, the self-discipline management function of the futures market will be fulfilled.
