Characteristics of subsidiaries of MCC Copper and Zinc Co., Ltd.

MCC Resources Development Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of MCC registered in Pakistan with the approval of the Ministry of Commerce in March 2002, and manages and operates the Shangdake copper-gold mine project on behalf of MCC. The project is located in Balochistan, Pakistan, and was signed by MCC in 199 1. It is a large-scale nonferrous metal joint venture integrating mining, dressing and smelting, mainly producing copper and gold.

MCC Duda Mining Development Co., Ltd. was incorporated in Pakistan on February 29th, 2004 with the approval of the Ministry of Commerce. The project is located in Lasbella area in the south of Balochistan province, Pakistan. It mainly produces lead and zinc, and has been completed and put into operation.

MCC Jiangtong Ainak Mining Co., Ltd. was established in August 2008, with its registered place in Kabul, Afghanistan. Ainak copper-gold deposit is located in Ruger province in central and eastern Afghanistan, which is the largest copper deposit in the world according to the exploration amount. The construction period of the project is 5 years, the mining period is 30 years, and the budget investment is 4.39 billion US dollars. At present, construction has started.

Established in June 2004, Beijing Xinxing Dida Material Supply Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Metallurgical Group Copper and Zinc Co., Ltd., mainly engaged in the import and export of goods and technologies and acting as an import and export agent.
