Article 1 The appointment or dismissal of the general manager and secretary-general of the company shall be decided by the board of directors; The appointment or dismissal of senior management personnel, such as deputy general manager and financial officer, shall take effect upon nomination by the general manager and approval by the board of directors.

Article 2 The general manager is the highest authority of personnel decision-making in the company. The human resources department is fully responsible for the implementation of personnel management. When personnel decision-making and management involve all units and departments, all units and departments should actively cooperate.

Article 3 The general manager is responsible for appointing or dismissing all personnel except those who should be appointed or dismissed by the board of directors. The general manager makes personnel decisions on the transfer, promotion, resignation, salary adjustment, appointment and dismissal of senior managers, and is responsible for the transfer, promotion, salary adjustment and appointment of middle-level cadres and employees authorized by the units and the factory director.

Article 4 According to the personnel decisions of the general manager and the authorized factory director (manager), the Human Resources Department is responsible for handling the specific matters of personnel changes, and keeping and sorting out the files and personnel data of relevant personnel.

Article 5 The personnel department of each unit must report the changes of the registered number, attendance and transfer of cadres and workers in this department to the human resources department of the company in a timely manner.

Article 6 If each unit needs to increase personnel, it shall submit a written application according to the personnel management authority. The Human Resources Department shall understand and review the personnel matters applied for, put forward correct suggestions, report them to the general manager or the factory director (manager) for approval, and implement recruitment or deployment according to the relevant instructions of the leaders.

Article 7 Hiring personnel must be approved by the general manager or the factory director (manager). The human resources department and personnel department of each unit shall go through the trial procedures for new employees, and the trial period is 3 months. The person in charge of the probation department shall make a written appraisal of the probation offender and provide his attendance record.

Article 8 The company and all employees must sign a labor contract in duplicate, one kept by the employees and the other kept by the personnel department of each unit. At the same time, each unit must also submit a copy to the company's human resources department for the record.

Article 9 Personnel training shall be conducted by the Human Resources Department at the beginning of the year according to the training objectives, targets, courses, teaching materials and budget. During the training period, we should be serious and the training results should be included in the assessment basis.

Article 10 The employment of temporary workers shall be reported to the Human Resources Department by each unit according to the needs, and after the approval of the factory director (manager), the Human Resources Department and the Personnel Department of each unit shall arrange the employment and dismissal procedures.
