Dr. Zhong Ershun, male, from Ningxiang, Hunan Province, 1988, graduated from Peking University with a doctorate in remote sensing and geographic information system. Beijing SuperMap Geographic Information Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 1997. He is currently the chairman of Beijing SuperMap Software Co., Ltd., a researcher and doctoral supervisor at the Institute of Geographical Sciences and Resources, Chinese Academy of Sciences, the vice president of China GIS Association, and the director of the Map and GIS Professional Committee of China Geographical Society.
Dr Zhong Ershun is a well-known expert in geographic information industry in China and the founder of SuperMap software. He has been engaged in the research and industrial development of geographic information technology for a long time. He presided over and participated in a number of scientific research projects issued by the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Ministry of Science and Technology. With unique innovative ideas and advanced consciousness, he led the R&D team of our company to carry out technological innovation, led and presided over the design and industrialization of SuperMapGIS software, took the lead in carrying out multi-project GIS technology research in China and achieved innovative results, completed a number of large-scale geographic information projects, and promoted the development of China's geographic information industry.
