For urban and rural residents' families with minimum living security, families with disabled people in difficulty, families with poor households (poor households with established files), families with anti-poverty monitoring households, families with retired fishermen, college graduates and disabled people who have obtained national student loans, and college graduates among the poor population (including graduates from qualified secondary vocational schools and technical colleges in 2022), one-time job-seeking and entrepreneurship subsidies will be given according to the standard of 1500 yuan/person.
(D) Subsidies for SMEs to recruit university graduates
For small and medium-sized enterprises that have newly recruited college graduates and signed labor contracts 1 year or more and have paid social insurance premiums continuously for 6 months, they will be given a one-time employment subsidy according to the standard of 1 10,000 yuan/person; Small and micro enterprises recruit college graduates who are unemployed or have left school for two years in the graduation year, and give subsidies to enterprises according to the social insurance premiums actually paid by enterprises for college graduates (excluding the part paid by individuals), and the subsidy period shall not exceed 12 months.

For college graduates who have signed labor contracts with small and micro enterprises for more than 6 months and paid social insurance premiums according to law, the employment subsidy fund will give each person a one-time employment subsidy of 3,000 yuan.

Support all kinds of business incubation institutions, enterprises and parks to develop business practice posts, and the business practice subsidy standards shall be implemented with reference to the employment practice standards.
If a labor contract is signed during the probation period, the trainee unit shall give the trainee subsidy for the remaining period.
