How to inquire shareholders of listed companies

1. Open the software to enter the page where you want to query stocks, press F 10 to display the information of stocks, and select the column of "Shareholders' Research" and click to enter.

2. Shareholders of listed companies are investors or funders of joint-stock companies listed on the stock exchange, that is, people or institutions holding shares, and have the right to attend shareholders' meetings and enjoy voting rights.

Legal status of shareholders:

1. In the relationship between shareholders and the company, shareholders, as investors, enjoy the rights of owners to share profits, make major decisions and choose managers according to the amount of investment (unless otherwise agreed by shareholders).

2. In the shareholder relationship, all shareholders have equal status and enjoy the same rights and interests in principle, but other provisions can be made in the company's articles of association.

Note: the State Council or the local people's government entrusts the state-owned assets supervision and administration institution of the people's government at the corresponding level to perform the investor's duties for a wholly state-owned company.
