What's the difference between merger and reorganization?

Asset reorganization refers to the process that the owners, controllers and economic entities outside the enterprise reorganize, adjust and allocate the distribution state of enterprise assets, or readjust the rights set on enterprise assets. Merger and acquisition of enterprises mainly includes three forms: company merger, asset acquisition and equity acquisition.
