2. Adhere to regular visits to users, listen to users' opinions and suggestions with an open mind, patiently answer relevant questions raised by users, guide users to use heat correctly, and publicize common sense of heating. It is strictly forbidden to use heat in violation of regulations. Once any unit or individual who uses heat in violation of regulations is found, it will be dealt with severely according to relevant regulations to ensure that the interests of the vast majority of users are not infringed.
3. Improve service functions, simplify procedures, accept the business of increasing or decreasing capacity in advance, and solve the user's difficult problems.
4. Be honest and upright, handle affairs impartially, do not make things difficult for users, do not seek personal gain by heat, do not eat, take, get stuck or refuse, and implement the "five openness" system, that is, disclose projects, procedures, legal basis, standards and responsibilities.
5. Complete the task of laying pipe network in the second phase of Tongliao Central Heating Phase IV Project, speed up the construction of pipe network project from Hexi Town of Shengli Road to Xinjian Street, implement the transformation of old central heating pipe network system by stages, improve the heat use effect of old users, realize all-round coverage of heating pipes within the urban planning scope, gradually ban small boilers, and strive to improve the quality of life of urban residents.
