What is the cancellation process of the company's business license
1. First take the form from the national tax, fill it out, sign and seal it according to the requirements of the national tax, pay the cancellation invoice and pay the tax, then take back the national tax registration certificate and issue a notice of cancellation of the national tax registration;
2. Take the notice of cancellation of tax registration from the national tax, take the form from the local tax, then recover the local tax registration certificate from the local tax and issue the notice of cancellation of tax registration;
3. Take two notices to cancel the bank account;
4. Take the notice to the industrial and commercial bureau to get the form, and then return it to the industrial and commercial bureau, which will take back the business license.

The business license of industrial and commercial bank of China for individual businesses in cities and towns (hereinafter referred to as the business license) is divided into an original and a duplicate, which contain information such as the name of the individual business, the name of the operator, the form of composition, the place of business, the business scope and registration number, the issuing authority and the issuing time, etc. The original and the duplicate have the same legal effect.

The original business license shall be placed in a prominent position in the business premises of individual industrial and commercial households.
Article 26
Where the change of registration of individual industrial and commercial households involves matters specified in the business license, the registration authority shall renew the business license.
