Nanning Weining Culture and Sports Development Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Weining Investment Group, is responsible for the management and operation of Guangxi Sports Center and the management of administrative state-owned assets. Nanning Weining Investment Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Weining Investment Group) was established on February 20 13 and 13. It is a wholly state-owned limited liability company with independent legal personality, independent operation and independent accounting. Located in the center of Guangxi Sports Center, the main stadium is the largest building in the whole sports center, covering an area of 500 mu, with a construction area of about1.2000 square meters. The main stadium can accommodate nearly 60,000 spectators, with three stands and two boxes, and 150 boxes. An international standard football field of 105m× 68m is set in the stadium, surrounded by eight 400m circular runways and 10 straight runways that meet the requirements of international official track and field competitions. In addition, there are venues for shot put, discus, hammer throw, javelin, high jump, long jump and pole vault.
The east and west awnings of the main stadium are shaped as two floating green leaves, and their design concept directly reflects the urban concept of "Greentown" in Nanning, while the north and south awnings are shaped as two petals, and their design concept comes from the representative of Zhuang folk culture "hydrangea".
The swimming and diving hall is located in the south of the main stadium of Guangxi Sports Center, with a total construction area of 30,600 square meters and a total audience of about 4,000 seats.
The swimming and diving hall has a 25× 50m international competition pool and a 25× 25m diving pool. A swimming pool: it is divided into 1.5m warm-up pool, 1.2m- 1.3m leisure area and children's swimming area. In addition, there is an onshore training and fitness area next to diving pool, which can not only meet the requirements of holding various national sports games and individual international competitions such as swimming, diving, synchronized swimming and water polo, but also serve as a public water sports center integrating swimming, diving training, fitness and entertainment.
Swimming and diving hall is a constant temperature swimming pool, and the water temperature is maintained at about 26℃-28℃ in winter, which can make customers swim comfortably even in cold winter. In addition to conventional heating, the ground source heat pump unit is also used as a supplement to the constant temperature pool water to reduce energy consumption and provide enough heat. In addition to the auxiliary temperature adjustment of pool water, there is another ground source heat pump system to provide air conditioning service for the whole swimming and diving hall.
The swimming and diving hall is slender and nearly oval, and the curtain walls around the hall on both sides are like two undeveloped "leaf buds". It further continues the vein of green leaves, organically combines architecture and landscape, interprets the endless theme of Nanning Greentown, and shows a romantic and modern new sports building.
The gymnasium is located in the southwest of the main stadium, with a total construction area of 35,800 square meters, which can accommodate 1 0,000 people. At the same time, as the only indoor venue in Nanning that can accommodate 10,000 spectators, the longest viewing distance of the auditorium is 40 meters, and the maximum overlooking angle is 28.9 degrees. It is the best place to hold various sports events and medium-sized performances. The two cantilevered roofs of the gymnasium form a beautiful curve, like a "young leaf" that is opening.
The Tennis Center, located in the east of the main stadium, is an international standard tennis training base and hosts domestic and international competitions. The Tennis Center has a final court and 5000 seats for spectators, as well as two semi-final courts and 12 driving ranges, of which two semi-final courts are each equipped with more than 1000 seats, which is convenient for spectators to watch tennis matches. Most driving ranges are hard tennis courts suitable for professional players and high-tech amateurs, and only a few driving ranges are soft tennis courts. This "soft and hard" design makes the tennis court in Guangxi Sports Center suitable not only for professional competitions, but also for practice and daily training.
The plane design of the tennis center building is circular, which not only meets the needs of the layout of tennis venues, but also realizes the needs of the concept of "seed" in appearance. The round shell was "opened" for a while, so that the design was not rigid, which just expressed the image of "seeds drilling out of the shell". "Small and lovely circle, like a seed exposed from the ground, cleverly designed' broken', more vividly expresses the moment when the seed breaks through life", which is the first impression left by the tennis center to the citizens of Guangxi Sports Center in the past.
