Shaanxi Coal Yiyang Power Generation Co., Ltd. is located in Huangnihu Township, the western suburb of Yiyang City, Hunan Province, about 8km away from the urban area, with a total installed capacity of 1860MW. It is a world-famous peak-shaving power plant supporting the Three Gorges Power Station on the Yangtze River and the main power support point for the Three Gorges to supply power to Shanghai.
