According to the announcement of Chongqing Construction Industry Association on June 15, 2009, the first phase of 60,000 tons/year polyoxymethylene project of Yuntianhua Co., Ltd. Chongqing Branch, which was undertaken by the first supervision department of our company, won the "Bayu Cup" high-quality engineering award, the highest award in Chongqing construction industry.
The supervision scope of the 60,000-ton/year POM Phase I project of Yuntianhua Chongqing Branch includes the construction scope of all construction drawings within the red line of the contract building, namely, refrigeration air compressor station, circulating water station, sewage treatment station, incineration device, liquefied tank farm, formaldehyde device, main power distribution station, temperature and pressure reduction station, comprehensive control building, concentration device, polymerization device, fire pool, chemical warehouse, electromechanical warehouse, comprehensive warehouse and finished product warehouse. All construction contents of the staff activity center 18 unit project include civil engineering, equipment installation, non-standard production, pipeline installation, lighting power, control system, control instrument, fire fighting engineering, water supply and drainage engineering, anti-corrosion engineering, heat preservation engineering, cold preservation engineering, HVAC engineering and supervision during the warranty period. The construction area is about 65,000 square meters, with a total investment of about 750 million yuan.
On-site supervision department was established in March 2006, and the whole process supervision service of on-site construction began. In the process of supervision service, strictly follow the quality policy of standardized management, intelligent service, all-round control and continuous improvement, strictly implement the quality management concept of "process control and detail management" from beginning to end, and promote the quality control of all inspection lots and processes to meet the design and specification requirements. No major quality and safety accidents occurred in the whole construction process, which achieved the expected goals of the owner, supervisor and constructor, and reached the quality goal of "supervision contract performance rate 100%, customer satisfaction with demolition treatment 100%".
