Petrochina Bibi Guangdong Petroleum Co., Ltd., referred to as PetroChina BP for short, was established in Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province on September 6, 2004 with the approval of the Ministry of Commerce (No.20041397), and was formally established on October 8, 2004 with the approval of the Ministry of Commerce.
It is also the first and largest retail joint venture of refined oil products in China established by China Oil and Gas Co., Ltd. and British BP Group. Now it is merged into PetroChina Bibi Petroleum Co., Ltd. and its headquarters is moved to Guangzhou, Guangdong Province. Petrochina Bibi adopts the joint brand of China Petroleum and BP Group, with a total investment of 4.775 billion yuan and a registered capital of 654.38+58.5 million yuan.
