At the end of 2000, the machinery station, municipal road and bridge maintenance station, asphalt mixing station, material supply station, construction machinery repair shop and river regulation engineering team under the former Hangzhou Municipal Facilities Management Office were reorganized to form Hangzhou Road and Bridge Corporation.
In July, 2002, the former Hangzhou Municipal Facilities Management Office merged with the Road and Bridge Maintenance Office to establish the Hangzhou Road and Bridge Maintenance Office, and implemented a set of two-brand operation mode with Hangzhou Road and Bridge Corporation. The original Hangzhou asphalt mixing station was managed by Hangzhou Luqiao Maintenance Office.
In August 2004, Hangzhou Road and Bridge Maintenance Office (Hangzhou Road and Bridge Corporation) was transformed from a fully funded institution into a diversified joint-stock enterprise Hangzhou Road and Bridge Co., Ltd.;
In April 2007, Hangzhou Road and Bridge Co., Ltd. reorganized Hangzhou asphalt mixing station.
