When the self-approved blasting dosage is less than five tons, the blasting design shall be filled in the day before blasting, and the organization of blasting construction is only allowed after the approval of the general manager and blasting engineer. Blasting design shall be filed by blasting technicians; Five, before blasting operation, blasting technicians should organize blasting personnel to be familiar with the relevant technical requirements in blasting design, give safety education to blasting personnel, and make preparations before blasting operation; Six, blasting personnel must deal with charging, filling, on-line, warning and other blasting operations according to the blasting design.
