Can the company address be changed to a different place?

Legal analysis: the registered address of a company is the "address" registered in the company's business license. A general company takes the place where its main office is located as its domicile, and different cities have different requirements for registered address, which shall be subject to the requirements of the local industrial and commercial bureau.

The registered address of the company can be changed across provinces, and the business address can be changed. If the company wants to go to the industrial and commercial record to register the change, the materials to be submitted for cross-provincial change are as follows:

1. company change registration application;

2, the new residence use certificate;

3. The resolution of the shareholders' meeting and the revision of the articles of association;

4. Power of attorney for the company to apply for registration.

Legal basis: Article 32 of the Regulations on the Administration of Company Registration. If a company changes its business scope, it shall apply for registration of change within 30 days from the date of making the resolution or decision on change. Where the business scope involves projects that must be approved by laws, administrative regulations or the State Council decisions, it shall apply for registration of change within 30 days from the date of approval by the relevant state departments.
