On September 10, Noble Automotive Systems Co., Ltd., a solution provider of intelligent cockpit system, completed the evaluation of the German company Motus? Headlines? GmbH? 100% equity acquisition.

It is understood that Noble Automobile was established on June 20 13 18, and it is one of the four independent parts groups under Great Wall Motor Group, integrating the original Great Wall Motor interior and exterior decoration modules and rubber modules into an independent company. The acquisition project is the first overseas M&A project completed by Noble Automobile. In the future, the Motus German factory will become the tenth largest production base of Noble Automobile and operate independently.
