The reason is that before the end of the acquisition of Yu Jia Film and Television, Huangshi Group hastily signed the Agreement on Implementing Equity Investment in Beijing Shi Sheng Sunshine Culture Communication Co., Ltd., explicitly mentioning that the company (Huangshi Group) has the right to control the above-mentioned invested company (Shi Sheng Sunshine) after its financial, business and operating conditions reach the agreed conditions.
