1989 the first overseas production factory-Tintas Dubuit factory in Spain was established;

1996 Brazil dubiet color factory was established;

In 2002, Dubit Canada factory was established;

Dolby Ink (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was established in 2003;

Dipalin Ink (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was established on 2011;

In 2008, Brazil's Dubuit Color and Techno Paint merged to form Dubuit Paint.
