Problems existing in cold chain logistics in Yun Kang, Zhong Jian.
The most prominent problems in China's pharmaceutical cold chain logistics are mainly in two aspects: First, except for pharmaceutical enterprises, a large number of refrigerated products lack effective cold chain transportation conditions in commercial links. Many enterprises consign refrigerated products, and once the transit operation between several logistics companies is involved, it is difficult to ensure the refrigerated transportation conditions of drugs at the consignment terminal. Especially in the process of returning refrigerated goods, that is, the reverse logistics stage, the refrigeration conditions are almost completely lost, which may bring serious drug quality problems; Secondly, pharmaceutical companies in China generally adopt the mode of small batch and multi-batch, which determines that it is difficult to realize large-scale centralized transportation of refrigerated products, which also brings difficulties to the choice of logistics companies.
