Loopholes in marine insurance
Domestic or international transportation insurance? If it is domestic marine insurance, such as waterway cargo insurance clauses, there are many loopholes, while marine cargo insurance clauses are relatively few. More loopholes are mainly manifested in terms of disputes or inconsistent with actual operations. For example, there are many disputes about the description of exclusionary liability in domestic waterway cargo insurance clauses, such as "other losses not covered by insurance liability", "insured value is the actual value of the goods" and "general average sacrifice, contribution and salvage expenses", which are generally controversial or simply impossible to implement.
